Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews the concept/detailed design and material specifications related to electro-mechanical aspects during the design & execution stages.
Provides clear and accurate interpretation to consultants/contractors/sub contractors on all technical aspects.
Performs the technical evaluation of tenders and prepares a report according to the evaluation carried out.
Reviews all post contact technical documents (includes material specification, shop drawing. etc), material certificates and test reports to ensure compliance.
Supervises installation, material inspections, testing and commissioning of Electrical and Mechanical equipment on site during manufacturing and after the completion of work.
Attends project meetings with various departments, consultants and contractors to discuss the progress of the project.
Reviews the contractors/suppliers and consultant’s progress payment certificate.
Providing technical support for the Projects team and other Departments/Sections.
Study & Evaluate the existing systems in all Branches (AC, Drainage, BMS, Vent, Firefighting, Generators, Electrical Power etc.)
Study & Approve the tenant’s submissions for their leased units.
Study & Approve all changes/variations orders during the project period.

Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
