الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for young energetic property consultants to join our office in Dubai.
Property Consultants will be responsible for
Maintaining professional relationships with all buyers and sellers.
Ensuring consistent communication with sellers.
Ensuring confidentiality of company and listing information.
Updating suppliers Inventory on daily, weekly and monthly basis and assisting suppliers on updates.
Inventory management
Daily updating the availability on master key.
Keep customer database up to date.
Daily reviewing the company website & assure accuracy of availability.
Following up on existing &potential;property availability & having max coverage of availability
Market Awareness & competitive analysis
Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
Generate lists of properties that are compatible with Buyers / Sellers needs and financial resources
Follow up with new properties & development in the Market.
Compare our services with competitors & assuring our standards above the market.
Sharing competitive knowledge with your team mates & superiors.
Up-to-date knowledge of our website & assuring communication with marketing team for any feedback, advices, suggestion.
Reviewing advertisement on weekly basis & assuring the availability & the correctness of its contents

المهارات
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be self motivated and goal oriented.
Negotiation skills.
Knowledge of UAE Market.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
RERA training and certification preferred.
Previous sales/real estate experience is preferred.
