The role of Admin Officer is to provide coordination and support to the Communications department for day-to-day task execution both administrative and operational in nature.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
- Receive all administration requests from the Communications department as well as external parties and action accordingly in line with Expo standards;
- Follow-up on all requests received internally and externally;
- Act as the foundation for the Department’s administration support and coordination;
- Schedule and organize meetings, events and maintain agendas;
- Duly execute administrative tasks and follow up on actions;
- Maintain proper documentation for easy retrieval for audit;
- Undertake any other administrative duties as assigned by the VP and Senior Management team.
المهارات
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar office administration role, as well as:
- Educated to degree level;
- Excellent IT Skills (MS Office);
- Excellent organizational, time management, computer and administrative skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal);
- Flexible attitude an able to adapt to change;
- Ability to work closely and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders.
