Maintenance Engineer (Parking Equipment / ELV Systems)

الوصف الوظيفي
Plan and conduct equipment maintenance as per agreed SLA’s
Conduct repair of damaged equipment within the time schedule as agreed with clients.
Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise the corrective and repair maintenance of damaged equipment.
Inspect equipment at sites to ensure that all equipment is functional.
Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
Install and commission parking equipment for new projects or sites. Function as project development member to maintain new equipment.
Oversee and control maintenance cost
Train site operations team members on the use of parking equipment
Identify new systems and processes to drive quality, efficiency and save costs
Communicate effectively with the clients, colleagues, and contractors involved in a project
Survey prospective parking sites and submit a report to the Business Development Team for project proposals and quotes.
Ensure update of management system through reporting of changes
