Student Recruitment Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description
• Drive recruitment and conversions for Ukcbc education and professional programmes.
• Supervise the local promotion and marketing activities ensuring targets for lead generation are met.
• Prior experience with education agency recruitment to drive student recruitment.
• Undertake all business development for Ukcbc Dubai Campus.
• Represent Ukcbc Dubai at schools, employers & government sector.
• Developing sales strategies to gain students and generate revenue
• Work closely with Head of Sales & Marketing to formulate any marketing strategies
• Manage the sales team to ensure the monthly sales targets are met/
• To travel abroad and build new partnerships with agents and schools.
• To be responsible for identifying new recruitment markets and channels.
• Attend seminars and events and assist prospective students to decide the right course for them based on their career objective, previous educational back ground and work experience
• Develop and overlook an active agent network to drive student applications and conversions.
• Work closely with admissions team to ensure that all offer letters for students are generated in a timely manner.

• To maintain total confidentiality about applicants/students and other personal information
• Adhere to all established systems within the department and implement any changes only as requested/authorised by management.
• Ensure accurate records and data entry onto all systems as required by the department and management to enable accurate and full reporting.
• Ensure the safety of your area by complying with all Health & Safety policies and procedures and reporting any issues to the Health & Safety Manager without delay.
