The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for collaborating with Business Leaders across the Commercial function (Sales, Distribution, Contact Centre and Marketing) to drive people strategy. They will lead change initiatives and implement HR strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives. The position requires strong leadership presence and demonstrated exceptional communication skills.
What will the candidate do?
• Act as a single point of contact for employees and Managers throughout the department.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement the HR Business Partner model in alignment with the organization’s business strategy.
• Provide guidance and advice on all matters related to HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Use extensive business and function knowledge to drive the execution of HR initiatives.
• Proactively engage in strategic business planning where there is HR impact in order to ensure successful implementation of HR programs and processes.
• Contribute to the delivery of HR strategies to support business goals and objectives, to include:
o Organization Design
o Training and Development
o Workforce Planning
o Performance Management Cycle
o Employee Relations
o Performance & Disciplinary Issues
o Employee Engagement
• Establish and maintain appropriate HRBP KPIs and report on results.
• Monitor headcount and attrition within the department.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to acquire, develop and retain talent for the business, managing the end-to-end recruitment process of the respective department.
• Foster and advocate the organization’s cultural behaviors throughout the organization.
• Enablement of diversity and inclusion practices to support business strategy.
• Table ideas for the continuous improvement of HR practices.
المهارات
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws
• Excellent knowledge of HR policy, procedures and best practice
• Fluency in Arabic would be preferred
• Banking or Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) experience required
• Experience working with the Commercial function (Sales, Distribution, Contact Centre and Marketing) of a bank or NBFC
