We are looking for Business Development - HR consultant to join our team in Dubai - UAE.
Responsibilities :
- Identifying new sales leads and pitching our HR services.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets when it come to Recruitment projects.
- Cold calling.
- Arranging meeting with the clients.
- Negotiating the business terms with the clients and close the deal.
- Following with the clients and the payment.

المهارات
Bachelor degree in Business Administration
min 2 years experiences in Sales - BD
Good communication skills
Sales Techniques and negotiation
Good knowledge about the UAE market
Fluent in English
Arabic and other languages are a plus
