Open to Any nationality
Male, 40 years old and below
Degree holder in Pastry or any relevant training
At least 3 years of experience in the same role, preferably from a high-end casual dining restaurant
Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Direct and administer the planning, preparation and production control of pastry section
In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques
Creative and innovative in menu development
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a multi-cultural team
Excellent communication (oral and verbal) skills
Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Work location: Dubai, Uae
Salary is up to 8,000 Aed full package depending on qualifications and experience
