Qualifications
Preferably a Bachelor of Science; specialty in System Engineering or discipline involving Aircraft Maintenance/Logistics Supply Systems. Must have a minimum of ten 10+ years of experience in the Aircraft field involving technical experience and/or Logistics Supply Systems.
Experience
Experience directing personnel on overhauls, modifications, and improvements and able to oversee investigations of aircraft mishaps.
Basic computer skills
Fluent in speaking and writing English
Practical knowledge of workshop practices and procedures
Assists in the analysis and solution of problems related to performance, troubleshooting, and installation
Conduct system analysis that lead to identification of trend analysis and recommend solutions
Duties
Works as a team to accomplish tasks
Training personnel in multiple areas
Ensure conformance with prescribed standards of quality and safety
Problem solving by C-130 maintenance studies and trends
Provide advice and prepare guidelines on area of expertise
Evaluate and perform cost benefit analysis of improvement initiatives
Evaluate and provide recommendations on defect and incident reports
Travel as necessary by military aircraft if required in accomplishment of the task
Maintenance, organization, and intermediate level inspections and servicing for C-130 systems
المهارات
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
BS degree in Science or Systems Engineering, and 10+ years of related work experience.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Mastery of technical knowledge required to effectively resolve difficult and complex problems for devising unique solutions to meet client requirements.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to serve in a leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) with team members, managers, and clients on difficult and complex software issues pertaining to assigned tasks.
