Qualifications
Shall have a Bachelor of Science degree or commensurate practical work experience managing aircraft maintenance and/or radar technology. Must be qualified and specialized in an Aircraft Maintenance Technician skill level. Must have or be able to obtain a secret level clearance.
Experience
Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in Aircraft technology
Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
Able to evaluate the problems that are occurring
Knowledgeable of technical technologies
Theoretical and practical knowledge and experience with radar operation and maintenance
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of operation and use of personal computers
Knowledgeable on procedures of aircraft maintenance and mobility operations
Duties
Advises AVMF Commander on technical consulting
Assist AVMF Commander to accomplish work requirements
Train and supervise personnel
Analyzes performance of aircraft systems
Make correspondence to all organizations to accomplish work requirements
Provide technical support
Performing intermediate level maintenance in his specialty as required
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
4-year degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years of related work experience.

Mastery of technical knowledge required to effectively resolve difficult and complex engineering problems for devising unique solutions to meet client requirements.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to serve in a leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) with team members, managers, and clients on difficult and complex engineering issues pertaining to assigned tasks.
