YAWMI is looking to recruit a GENERAL MANGER with a minimum 8 years of experience in the F&B;industry. If you are interested, please reach out to us with your resume. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.

Yawmi is a leading “homemade Levantine cuisine brand” and has been experiencing an explosive growth via a partnership with the first and unique central kitchen platform in the region. In less than 8 months of operation, Yawmi has already expanded to 4 kitchens, covering most of Dubai and will soon grow outside of the region. This is only the start as the Founders plan to launch new cuisines & brands as well. Given our significant growth, we are looking to add the best and ambitious talent to our Senior Management team to help manage day-to-day operations and set key strategic initiatives of Yawmi and the new brands soon to be launched. This is truly a unique opportunity to join a rising startup in the F&B;industry and become a GM of multiple brands, not just another traditional restaurant.  The GM will be responsible for the entire operations & customer services team and assume a significantly high degree of responsibilities and flexibilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage daily operations on the ground and supervise ~10 kitchen staff
• Directly handle and interact with the operations team and customer services team
• Develop B2B / enterprise customer relationships (Business Development function with a focus on corporate deals and catering services)
• Lead the marketing & communication strategies and efforts
• Assist the Founders with key strategic initiatives of launching new brands
• Manage daily budgets & expenses
• Manage monthly menu’s food and packaging cost with the central kitchen

المهارات
• Demonstrate strong leadership and MANAGED kitchen & restaurant operations in the past
• Have positive and teamwork attitude to supervise other team members on the ground
• Proactive and independent to take one’s own initiatives
• Experienced with B2B enterprise customers sales (previous experience with catering companies, event managers and etc. is a PLUS)
• Thrive in a flexible and lean environment
• Have strong passion and genuine interest in the F&B;industry
• Native level Arabic language skills REQUIRED
• Having previous experience of launching new restaurants & brands is a significant PLUS
• Previous experience of marketing and sales responsibilities is a significant PLUS
