-The electrical Foreman will be responsible to undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and maintaining electrical infrastructure. The job will involve troubleshooting malfunctions and blackouts and repairing appliances, ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations.

-The G.W. Foreman will be responsible to perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC installations, fire protection systems, CTTV, etc. professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. Will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. Troubleshooting malfunctions and blackouts and repairing appliances. Will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step of this job. Will have experience and solid technical knowledge. Survey buildings and repair

-Due to the amount of electrical risk pertaining to this job, electricians must be first responsible individuals with great attention to safety precautions. The ideal candidate must also be experienced in different kinds of electrical devices and systems. The goal will be to produce and maintain well-functioning electrical connections to minimize the probability of accidents and maximize usability of electricity in all facilities.

-An excellent maintenance foreman must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. They must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts. Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling are also essential. Due to the high amount of risk pertaining to this job, must be first responsible individuals with great attention to safety precautions. The ideal candidate must also be experienced in different kinds of electrical devices and systems. Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance. Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work. Supervise and train maintenance technicians. Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, etc.). Inspect and maintain building systems (HVAC, ventilation, etc.). Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment. Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations). Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations. Perform weather stations sensor configuration, repair and replacement information to laptop or other archive devices; troubleshoot PLC equipment. Coordination with the rest of the team any issue in the power plant, programmed maintenance, outages, emergencies, in coordination with Offtaker. Well knowledge of windows office (word, excel)

-Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary. Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed. Perform manual repairs when necessary. Supervise general upkeep procedures (e.g. cleaning modules) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.). Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide. Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc. Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units. Well knowledge of Windows office (word, excel).
