الوصف الوظيفي Contribute to the preparation of ACCBC’s company budget to ensure considerations of all operational expense in the overall budgeting; Monitor the financial performance versus the set budget to ensure alignment. Identify and rectify unsatisfactory performance promptly and capitalise upon potential performance improvement opportunities.
Procurement Cycle and Documentation Comply with the company approved procurement cycle and meet the commercial services objectives.
Develop and manage service-based partnerships and business relationships with current and potential suppliers and service providers in order to ensure that these relationships are long term and are based on mutual benefit and value-addition.
Negotiate with selected contractors on contract price with a view to obtain the highest discount and fixed prices for products or services to perform the required scope.
Define an analyse purchasing risks and identify appropriate strategic levers
Graduate in any discipline or equivalent from a reputed university Any additional qualification in Supply Chain Management, preferably Purchasing, will be an added advantage i.e CIPS, CPSM or CPM
Negotiations: Stewards and leads ongoing strategic / multi-regional negotiations, delivering world class results in highly complex and challenging situations; Category Strategy Development: Forecasts industry/market trends and leverages trends in developing sourcing strategies using expertise to predict. Develops innovative and creative sourcing strategies and is able to influence senior management on business strategy in these areas; Supplier Relationship Management: Creates shared value partnerships aligned to the company vision and creates sustainable value; Stakeholder Collaboration: Builds strong and lasting internal/external relationships based on trust. Manages with a persuasive communication style, effectively bringing others on-board to own ideas and beliefs. Can influence top levels of an organization without direct reporting authority; Category Risk Management: Understands potential Commodity Risk Management tools and how to use them in particular situations and suggest specific solutions, one compared with the other, ultimately properly managing commodity price and cash flow risks. Change Management: Has led the successful implementation of at least one major business change management project which resulted in significant cost saving, sustainable process improvement and was adept with the company change management tools and techniques. (E.g. global functional transformation; global sourcing initiative). Has led multiple minor change management initiatives to deliver required business outcomes (e.g. department consolidation, introduction of new supplier). Has an in-depth understanding of the customs clearance processes and logistics in the Middle East region; Displays a basic understanding of the international contract law;
