The e-commerce executive will be responsible for handling all online sales and marketing of baby care and kids care brands. The candidate will intercept all online orders through multiple channels and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely fashion. The candidate will have to coordinate with shop staff, drivers and the logistics team to ensure orders are sourced and prepared, as well as delivered to the customer. An excellent customer service level and great communication skills are essential for this role, as well as strong organization and problem-solving skills. You should be able to think on your feet and handle challenges smoothly and efficiently.
Salary Range: AED. 3,000 to 4,000 Monthly
Note: Candidates available to join with short notice will be given preference.
المهارات
• 1 – 3 years’ experience working in an administrative role using Excel and various other software systems
• Excellent written and spoken English and customer care skills – soft sales technique and upselling skills are required
• Experience of Baby and Kids category is a plus
