Qualifications
Shall have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Aviation). Shall be qualified in Aircraft equipment, hardware and software, operation, and maintenance. Must have or be able to obtain a secret level clearance.
Experience
Knowledgeable of technical terminologies
Knowledgeable of electronic machines
A basic understanding of aircraft systems, their function and operation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of standard aircraft component, materials, composites, metals, fabrication practices, aviation hardware, integration and proper applications in design with a thorough understanding of the use and application of aircraft technical data
Practical knowledge of workshop practices and procedures
Computer literate and an experienced user of Microsoft Office
Duties
Perform integration, verification, validation, test and instructional tasks.
Recommend improvement/upgrade programs for aircraft systems and support equipment.
Monitor test programs and evaluate test data to identify problems and/or to verify performance.
Actively advising and assisting in all aspects of his specialty
Assists in the analysis and solution of problems related to aircraft performance and installations.

Qualifications:
BS degree and 8+ years of related professional experience. An advanced degree may be preferred at this level.
