To help our Belgian client, a leading company in the recruitment industry, grow further, we now hire a Tech Lead to expand the current technology team. This team of four works exclusively on this high tech project.
For this high tech project, we have already focused high on recruitment and training on-site and we focus on professionals with experience in Domain Driven Design and Test Driven Development.

What you will do?

You will be integrated into the project team, who are currently developing the client’s business software landscape, a web-based recruitment platform, an HR matching system, a cloud-based finance software, and many other things, using the latest technologies.

You will be responsible for leading the team, but of course, you will also be part of the development team for the design and creation of cloud-native applications with .NET and Microsoft Azure PAAS Services.

As Technical Lead of the team, you not only guide your team in the processes, but you also advise our client if necessary when you see that we can improve certain aspects and integrations.

You are a technical match when:
- You have at least 10 years work experience as a developer of which at least 3 years as a Tech Lead
/ You are an expert in Microsoft Azure
/ You have deep experience with: Test Driven Development, Clean Architecture, Event Sourcing
/ Implement Domain Driven Design, Micro-services, APIs and Web Apps
/ Use Cloud design best practices and patterns such as CQRS, Event Sourcing, etc to build highly scalable solutions
/ Leverage Azure storage and messaging services such as Service Bus Topics, Event Hubs, Azure Blob and Table Storage, Azure SQL and Cosmos DB
/ Integrate Identity management and modern authentication and authorization protocols such as OIDC, OAuth 2.0 using Azure Active Directory, Azure AD B2C
/ Implement Server less Functions and Logic Apps for event driven processes and integrations
/ Use Azure API Management as an API Gateway
Tech skills - the more the better:
- C#, .Net & .Net Core

- ORM Frameworks (Entity Framework, nHibernate, Dapper)

- Microsoft Power BI
- Design Skills Cloud Design Patterns - CQRS,
