We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Supply Chain Director in a Retail Multinational Company based in UAE.

Job Description
Responsibilities cover planning, procurement, logistics (inbound/outbound, warehousing) and regulatory compliance.Management of a team of 15- 20 people (3 direct reports)Warehousing subcontracted and integrated within the groupAnimate and develop planning/ compliance/ logistics teamsStreamline organization, infrastructure, systems and processesEnsure the right level of service : stock levels, lead-times, in stock ratesOptimize SC/logistics costs in partnership with subcontractorImplement regular dashboards

Job Requirements
Must have at least 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain (complex environment)Experience in Retail, FMCG, PharmaceuticalExperience in working on ProjectsStrong operational skills in planning, compliance and logisticsPossess a natural Leadership in order to lead and coach the team
