Responsibilities:
1. Respond to all inquiries promptly (within same business day)
2. Answer live online chat during normal business hours
3. Assist customers with general questions & product questions related to after sales
4. Ability to learn all products inside and out so all questions can be answered
5. Coordinate were needed between the different internal & external departments to solve customers’ problems related to delivery & product issues
6. Sell products and services, offer add-on and up-sell products that may benefit the customer, and suggest alternative products when a customer-requested product is not available.
7. Provide friendly, knowledgeable service for our customers on the phone, in person and via email.
8. Utilize strong analytical, organization and decision-making skills to process customer requests.
9. Consistently go above and beyond customer expectations in order to ensure an unrivalled shopping experience.
10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
المهارات
Requirements:
1. Must have prior online customer service (2 years)
2. Strong and effective written and oral English communication skills.
3. Ability to communicate with other departments to relay proper information or receive answers needed
4. Must speak English and have proper grammar skills
5. Computer literate
6. Must have proven customer service skills
7. Ensure client satisfaction
