• Add water to simple syrup tank as per batch requirement.
• Mix sugar till dissolving, filtration of simple syrup sugar.
• Evaluate each batch after CIP and after Syrup preparation for sensory.
• Concentrate addition and mixing are followed as per PepsiCo beverage document.
• Batch and aging of PEPSI and monitoring syrup consumption on FIFO
• Prepare F.S as per PepsiCo beverage documents.
• Be responsible of the sanitation of Syrup and beverage processing line and Tanks.
• Document control all syrup records and frequency of testing should be well maintained.
• Maintain Good Housekeeping and food safety standards.

• Basic knowledge of computer, to enter quality inspection results.
