Seeking Mechanical Engineers for Advanced UAVs
The FAiNDER is an Ai Powered mine-detecting, surveying and mapping solution that takes place entirely from an industrial drone, ensuring not only the safety of personnel, but also high accuracy mapping of anti-tank and anti-personnel mines in record time. FAiNDER uses a groundbreaking form of artificial perception that fuses GPR, HSI, LiDAR, FLIR, Thermal, Magnometer, Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence to deliver unprecedented advancements in identification, plotting and motion planning for the FAiNDER and autonomous UAV’s.
We are collaborating with, (MAG) The Mines Advisory to have the FAiNDER system tested in Cambodia on detectability and mapping. The tests are done in line with current and applicable International Mine Action Standards. In addition, the tests will also be in line with relevant national mine action standards in Cambodia. CREDAL requested MAG to develop the testing plan referencing applicable international and national standards. We signed the MOU with MAG and the test will hopefully commence in April/May 2019.

• Engineer working on our Drone (Drone) platform
• You will be based in Dubai, UAE
• Access to support across areas such as product design and Ai data visualization.
Requirements
• Experience in mechanical engineering and preferably robotics (not a must).
• Experience working with UAVs and other flying aircraft.
• Genuinely passionate about improving engineering processes
• A proven ability to take ideas and bringing them to life
• A curious and creative mind, eager to understand what makes people tick as well the ability to reconcile this understanding with commercial imperative
• Strong communication skills
• Thrive in uncertainty, ideally in startup or agency environments
• Appetite for experimenting with new technologies and tools to drive innovation and creativity
