Production Planner

الوصف الوظيفي

Receives/ acknowledges job orders from marketing, coordinate with production and prepares schedules.

Plan and monitor each project and ensure that everything is on track and being done as per the plan, raise concerns whenever potential delays arises.

Determine equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand, coordinates with procurement and warehouse to ensure materials are delivered/available on time.

Plan and Monitor manpower allocations, raise concerns for additional workforce whenever needed, coordinate with production supervisors/manager and site engineers to ensure manpower are allocated proportionately

Prepare reports of work status highlights issues and problems encountered and keep records for future references.

Prepare delivery notes and ensure all items delivered to site are recorded

Lead the coordination among drivers, arrange deliveries of samples, documents and materials to site

Coordinate with forwarding agents and accounts for shipping of goods arrange containers deliveries and prepare packing list

المهارات

Minimum 3 years experience in production planning.

Preferably prior experience in the joinery, fitout, manufacturing industry
