Quest Search & Selection is working with a multinational retail company seeking a Section Manager- Bakery to work in Dubai, UAE.

We ideally are looking for candidates with experience managing the Bakery department.

Job description

As the Section Manager for the company, your primary responsibilities will include:
Ensuring attractive display of products and exceptional customer service is provided Ensuring products are hygienically packaged, including freshness of products and keeping tab of safety requirementsProviding necessary training wherever requiredStock ManagementMotivating employees to achieve sales targetsNegotiating the internal promotions with the supplier to highly enforce the image of the discount inside the section

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate
Diploma / Degree Experience as Manager in the same fieldFluent in English (Spoken & Written) Time ManagementSelf-MotivatedMulticultural environment knowledge
