Male, 35 years old and below
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder
Minimum of 2 years UAE experience in a similar position, preferably from a well-known FnB company
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be energetic, organized and fast learner
Can join immediately (1-month max)
Work location: Dubai, UAE
Salary up to 12,000 AED all-inclusive depending on years of experience and qualifications

Ability to develop, schedule, and conduct technical management and interpersonal skills training to improve employee performance
Ability to explain company compensation and benefit programs, such as medical, insurance, retirement, and savings plans, and enrolls workers in specified programs
Ability to counsel employees regarding work, family, or personal problems
