Our range of products has been installed in most of the Turnkey Projects in the region for over 25 years. We aim to be a one-stop shop for anything related to the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will liaise with the concerned departments to facilitate daily operations smoothly in an organized manner and the main duties entail as below:
Report to Department Head with the needful reports daily.
Schedule & coordinate daily deliveries and must oversee the entire cycle
of order fulfillment.
Should oversee and maintain the stock reorder levels.
Tracking shipments & follow up with the forwarder regarding vessels’ arrival
dates at the destination.
Liaise with warehouse team and ensure smooth functioning of the same.
Contact suppliers for price quotes.
Must have close liaison with suppliers on production capacities, readiness,
and material supply.
Coordinate with accounts for necessary documentation and payment requests.
Prepare & submit daily reports in a timely manner.
Make weekly visits to the warehouses and ensure proper material stocking and
accurate stock levels are maintained.
المهارات
Should be proficient in Excel & Word with good organization & multi-tasking skills. Arabic will be an advantage.
