Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, product and services, payments, cancelations, and other queries. Communicating with customers through various channels; Phone, email, web chat or social media Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times Register new customer through multiple channels Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints through various channels Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints Researching and resolving client complaints and concerns Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies Maintain awareness of competitive activity and opportunities for product development Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Help generate sales leads, by selling the company’s products and service Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Act as the company gatekeeper المهارات Excellent communication skill Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues and expressing oneself clearly.
