الوصف الوظيفي
-Define, Assess, Document, Develop and Communicate technical requirements, in collaboration with the main IT stakeholders, the business and technical processes, as well as application requirements for AXA-Gulf projects, including Integration, Back-Ends and Front-Ends initiatives.
-Contribute to the implementation, integration and support of AXA-Gulf BigData, MDM, BI & ETL applications in a cost-effective way by determining the project requirements, methodology, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.

المهارات
-Senior technical leader with Strong knowledge of MDM, BI and ETL skills.-Minimum 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, BI and ETL development, integration & deployment.-Minimum 5+ years of experience in BigData technologies using Hive, Impala, Sqoop, Python, Spark Scala etc.-Hands on experience on installation and setup on cloudera / Azure HDInsight / DataBricks / EMR platform. Knowledge of developing Spark application to create business views and data visualization on it. -Experience on implementing Customer 360 views, -Master Data Management projects, data cleansing projects, data de-duplication etc.-Experience in data modeling, both OLTP and OLAP system-Oracle experience is desirable.-SSAS experience is desirable.-Able to design the ETL to cover all the scenarios including rejection handling, late arriving dimensions etc.-Knowledge of MS AX Dynamics is desirable-Able to work under pressure.-IT architecture knowledge-Cross functional knowledge-Experience of working with development teams and solution providers-Knowledge of modeling tool (ex. Visio) and artifacts UML, XSD, WDSL-Good experience in documenting and executing requirements-Basic knowledge of the insurance business-Basic understanding of market practices/business processes-English, written and spoken.
