Our client, a reputed Shipping Agency with a long history of operations in the UAE is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. This an excellent opportunity to join a reputed and stable company. The position reports into the partners and will be responsible for managing a team of 10 employees.
The Finance Manager will primarily be responsible for managing the accounts payable function; consolidation financials for multiple entities/sub agencies; reviewing accounting records, suppliers reconciliations, capital expenditures and aging analysis for the purpose of monthly, quarterly and annual closings; preparing financial reports; support Shipping Liner operations and logistics.
What our client is looking for“We need a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 7 years of experience managing the finance function with strong experience working in the Shipping industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of shipping operations, accounts payable and consolidation”
