Bilingual corporate paralegal with previous experience in corporate law required. Successful candidate may have the opportunity to secure a training contract upon proving their capability.Experience of working in an International Law Firm environment is beneficialMUST be fluent in both English and Arabic.You will be required to support Partners, Associates and Trainees on day to day tasksYou will be assisting with company establishments, share transfers, changes of directors, corporate admin, legal research, drafting etc.Potential for the successful candidate to be considered for a training contract based out of the Dubai office.Strong academic background and UK Law Degree required.Previous experience of working within a corporate teamMust speak fluent English and ArabicHardworking and willing to learn.
