HR Training and Recruitment Coordinator

Working for a leading multinational organisation based in the financial district of Dubai you will be supporting a wonderful HR team.
The role will be diverse working in a professional yet fun environment.
You will be responsible for providing a high standard of training facilitation and support to the business, as well as proactively coordinating and managing all stages of the companies recruitment process.

المهارات
The role will incorporate L&D;and training support alongside recruitment support, therefore generalist HR professionals who have solid knowledge in both areas are essential. 3 years experience within these HR areas are a must, ideally gained within the UAE
Degree educated
Achieved or working towards a professional certification in Human Resources e.g. CIPD
Experience of working in a large global organisation would be beneficial
Possess strong English communication skills and outstanding organisation skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work with employees at all levels and to have the confidence to speak with senior management
Team players are a must!
