Manage a group or category of products and category managers. Responsible for the pricing and overall promotion of a product category to maximize consumer appeal. Must have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles. Exceptional communication skills are also key for category directors.
المهارات
*Bachelor degree or above, has 8-10 years of experience in FMCG and more than 5 years of management experience.
*Familiar with food and non-food category
Understand category, brand, supplier management
*Good negotiation and business management, and has a wealth of local resources
*Wide knowledge of BD, procurement, operation and sales.
*experience and ability in overall category management and trading
*Sensitive to the market, understanding the needs of customer, knowing how to increase sales, how to promote.
*Experience in supply chain management, familiar with inventory management.
*Management experience, good at cross-department communication, collaboration.
*Have the spirit of the Internet, be able to work with high quality and efficiently.
*Dedication, focus, positive, enthusiasm, good at learning, courage to meet difficulties, and be good at solving problems.
*Internet e-commerce related experience is preferred.
