Support the Regional IT Test Manager to set up, to develop and maintain IT solution testing capability, processes, and tools supporting Companies business strategy and operations.

• Assist Regional IT Test Manager to transform IT testing model• Support and train current testers to use HP QC/ALM tool• Create test cases and scenarios from the functional specifications of the new released software and process• Prepare and create test data of the testing scenarios and their dedicated chronograms• Perform testing as specified in the test documentation usually over several test cycles (including regression testing, etc.)• Document test and verify results HP QC/ALM• Ensure that :• High quality and appropriate test conditions, scripts and data are produced• Test automation scripts are effective and meet project requirements• All problems records have the correct owner to ensure resolution is obtained• Identify the reasons why a problem record occurred• Work closely with the Regional IT Test Manager to ensure the smooth running of the testing phase• All project members are aware of progress / issues that occur within the testing phase. An effective issue escalation route is in place• Contribute to research and analysis of problems• Track, record and follow the defects encountered during testing with suppliers• Assign problem records for further action• Assist Regional IT Test Manager to organize and coordinate operational test activities• Maintain and develop knowledge skills in testing (process and tool)• Propose and implement improvement actions for testing• Prepare rehearsal phase scenarios with operation team if needed• Maintain effective lines of communication with all project members, including contributing to test reports and contributing to team meetings
