الوصف الوظيفي
-Installation of Remedy software/upgrades/patches and configure out-of-the-box Remedy functionality to meet IT/Business needs.-Gather/document/analyze enhancement requests.-Evaluate/assess fit between requirements and Remedy application suite capabilities in support of department’s philosophy of using standard out-of-the-box functionality, minimizing customizations where possible.-Identify/troubleshoot/resolve BMC Remedy applications issues including root cause analysis.-Integrate Remedy with Enterprise monitoring tools and proactively monitor Remedy applications.-Perform risk identification, assessment, remediation and performance tuning. Conduct user training for IT/Business as required.-Create all necessary documentation/SOPs, training material and user guides. Stay current on emerging tools, techniques and technologies; -Maintain skills/capabilities through education/training/hands-on experiences.-Contribute to customization, configuration, upgrade and further integration of the Enterprise -Monitoring and Management systemImplements the service asset & configuration management policy and standards-Develops asset management & configuration standards, asset management & configuration plans and procedures-Ensures that the asset management& configuration methods and processes are properly approved and communicated to staff before being implemented

المهارات
-Requires 4 years BMC Remedy ITSM Suite Administration experience.-Experience with BMC Remedy Import Tool, Foundation Data Configuration, Remedy -Application performance fine tuning, Mid-Tier configuration & troubleshooting, Remedy application Patching & Upgrades-Experience trouble shooting and fulfilling service requests and break/fix tickets.-Ability to utilize logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues-Ability to maintain, create and update technical and functional documentation.-Evaluate vendor products and updates in order to determine the best path forwardSelf-motivated with a strong capacity for finding creative solutions. Works well with peers and end users to collaboratively find solutions.-Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or other related degreeRemedy Certification-Preferred: Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or other related degree
