The primary purpose of the IT Department is to provide an excellent experience for our customers by the Agile delivery of the technology that they need in their everyday business lives. We aspire to be continually recognized as being the best IT operation in the Technology sector in the UAE, through delivering the Strategic Objectives of the organization. Department Purpose Business Applications (BA) main role is to interact with business users and ensure that IT is providing the applications and services they need to be able to do their jobs. BA needs to have the structure and staff to interface with the business to: ? Understand their business problems ? Document and map their problems and re-engineer where necessary ? Determine appropriate automated solutions ? Handle the specification and procurement of proposed software solutions ? Plan for how to deliver solutions (NOT plan the actual delivery) ? Execute and deliver business solutions (usually software or COTS), either internally or with the help of 3rd parties ? Provide support to the business on how to continually improve KEY ACTIVITIES General Activities ? Take ownership for all tasks assigned, from the point they are assigned until agreement is reached; ensuring completion and bringing tasks to a logical closure ? Communicate and report proactively with colleagues, leadership and others in the organization by using appropriate means of communication ? Focus on time management by timely and quick completion of all allotted tasks; quick response to all communications; attendance in all meetings and appointments before the scheduled start time ? Focus on self-development (for both technical and soft skills) by taking initiatives and leveraging the multiple platforms and opportunities at disposal and should be able to demonstrate continuous improvement

المهارات
-6+ years of experience in Business System Analysis; in a financial sector -Strong knowledge in gathering & documenting business requirements-Have completed requirements gathering and process refinement for a wide range of business applications including (but not limited to) at least three of the following: ERP, HCM, CRM, PM, Intranet, Internet, collaboration, conferencing.-Assess the business case with solutions available within existing application landscape or research & review feasible solutions Education and Certification Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject -Business Analyst Certification (ECBA/CCBA/CBAP/CBATL/PMI-PBA) preferred -Agile / Scrum Certification for Product Owners-Technical qualifications as per skill
