Under general direction, the Systems Analyst/Developer performs a variety of duties in providing information systems and technology support for the achievement of ICT mission and objectives; acts as test coordinator; provides user training and support as necessary and performs related duties as assigned. Thoroughly understands the system configuration across platforms and interface with various systems and uses this knowledge to effectively resolve issues. Develops, maintains and supports ICT applications and supply expertise in programming new initiatives that the company develops.

-Able to grasp complex concepts logical and to solving problems-Good communicator including fluent English (written and verbal), Arabic if possible and able to communicate and work well in a team context-Planning and development of Business Application suite to support the core business of Fleet Management and creating links with other applications used within the company-Collaborate with internal staff to ensure that the current form of business application is meeting the needs of end users and customers, Oversee the development of Business application, Maintain and monitor iSeries system standards, iSeries and NOLS users-Manage all projects in the Application area provide direct technical support in these areas.
