• Adaptation of regional calendar to country customer base - calendar predetermined centrally
• Ensures local buy-in and execution of marketing calendar into the Country
• Implements or creates promotions at local level
• Provides local sales with analysis and corrective actions
• Provides ongoing feedback to Regional Marketing team (market trends, competitor activity, Innovation and promotion needs etc)
• Ensures SKU management/simplification of local MPG platform (in collaboration with Commercialisation team) - especially in the de-comm process (clearing discontinued product / excess inventory)
• Support pricing implementation (validation) and executes pricing guidelines (price positioning) by product which will be communicated by central marketing team (portfolio).
• Develops relations with local partners or associations (like floor manufacturers, associations as directed by the regional sector marketing lead)
• Implements European portfolio promotions at local level
• CRM portfolio activities (X Selling, white spot analysis)
