-8+ years of experience in Information Technology Industry. -Should have performed a role of BA Tester in development or implementation projects. -Experience in coordinating with business users to understand the functional requirements through requirements sessions.- Well versed in understanding the requirements and drafting it as an appropriate requirements document for sign-off and circulation to project teams. -Good communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders in the project. Perform the role of project coordinator and act as a channel to connect the business team with the project team. Should possess testing skills to test the application delivered by the project team before releasing to business for acceptance. -Should possess a good presentation skills to engage the stakeholders professionally.- Experience working in drawing tools for process definitions and use case diagrams. Medical system functional knowledge will be an added advantage.
