*Organization Purpose
-The primary purpose of the IT Department is to provide an excellent experience for our customers by the Agile delivery of the technology that they need in their everyday business lives. We aspire to be continually recognized as being the best IT operation in the Technology sector in the UAE, through delivering the Strategic Objectives of the organization.
*Department Purpose
-The Tech Ops mission is to provide secure infrastructure and managed services, through innovative technologies, solutions and practices delivered through AGILE methodologies by a highly skilled and motivated staff that will enable Company Group to deliver all of its services.
-The Tech Ops team is a critical enabler to DMG`s missions. It encompasses all activities associated with engineering, deploying, operating and defending DMG`s infrastructure, which comprises of multiple different technologies.
-The Tech Ops team has full responsibility of all DMG technology infrastructure, touching all elements of the estate (network, servers, storage, sensors, backup, etc.)
*General Activities
-Take ownership for all tasks assigned, from the point they are assigned until agreement is reached; ensuring completion and bringing tasks to a logical closureCommunicate and report proactively with colleagues, leadership and others in the organization by using appropriate means of communication-Focus on time management by timely and quick completion of all allotted tasks; quick response to all communications; attendance in all meetings and appointments before the scheduled start time-Focus on self-development (for both technical and soft skills) by taking initiatives and leveraging the multiple platforms and opportunities at disposal and should be able to demonstrate continuous improvement-Comfortable working in an Agile Environment
*Functional Activities
-Adhere to the patching process and methodology, ensuring that all devices are patched within the defined SLAs-Designs and operates the Windows 2012/2016 Server Solution-Engineers and manages Active Directory with a focus on security-Responsible for documentation: Creation and review of high-level-designs (HLDs) and low-level-designs (LLDs)-Design, engineer, and operate MS Exchange 2016Responsible for Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, File Services management-Create and execute the test plans for the testing and development environments-Create the configurations for DNS Public domainsSupport and proactively administer the environment to prevent Incidents-Manage and configure LDAP Authentication servicesResponsible to maintain physical serversSuggest improvements for performance, capacity, and scalabilityProactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availabilityLiaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolutionCollaborate with the Architects to understand upcoming application improvements, plan for changes, communicate back to the businessRack and device installations to best practice standardsManage implementation tasks, with attention to detail and while under pressureExperience of mentoring, training and teaching operational support personnel

المهارات
-7+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations-Strong knowledge in Microsoft and enterprise IT related topics, for example virtualization-B.E./ B.Tech. in information technology or B.Sc/ -B.A. in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field-MCSE mandatory-VCP nice to have-MCTS – Exchange/Skype for Business/SQL
