• Grow and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand areas of service delivery• Identify new opportunities to up sell and cross sell services to the client• Achieve the set revenue objectives through existing and potential new revenue streams• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business areas, their deliverables andneeds• Provide advice on recruitment strategies, procedures, legislation and market conditions• Work in line with pre-defined processes and adopting best practices at all times• Be a partner and not a vendor to the client, always act as a reference and escalation point forcustomers & contractors• Monitoring recruitment process, identifying and recommending areas for improvement• The job is demanding and diverse as it requires you to have insight into multiple industry sectorsAccount Management Responsibilities• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business areas, their deliverables andneeds• Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all client needs• Work with in house Operations and Employee Care team to address Outsourced staff needs• Manage various account management related reports and documentation in an accurate and timelymannerRecruitment Responsibilities• Communicate and direct the recruitment team on new requirements to ensure the client gets thehighest quality resource engaged, in an efficient and cost-effective manner.• Work within predefined recruitment SLAs• Manage candidates whilst working as a contract employee of TASC
