To provide the best shopping experience to each and every customer through Outstanding Customer Service. To ensure that every person visiting the shop leaves happy and smiling always with a positive feeling to return to the shop.

Customer Service:
- Be polite and courteous to customers and handle their complaints with extra care.
- Collect customer data and provide to direct manager on monthly basis
- Provide appropriate after sales service to all customers
- Provide feedback to line Manager about customer needs
- Ensure to keep all promises made to customer
- End sales in a way to retain customer
- Manage high standard of hygiene
Sales Management:
- Achieve sales as per daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Handle more than one customer
- Follow the six selling steps
Stock Efficiency:
- Ensure stock is displayed on the sales floor according to store standards
- Update all the new arrivals, pricing…etc.
- Assist in accurate stock count and keeping a track of all the stock
- Handle the product with utmost care, along with the POS (Point Of Sale) and packing material
- Stock Replenishment Management
Product Knowledge and Merchandising:
- Be aware of product and the brands handled
- Communicate products features, advantages and benefits to all customers
- Understand and follow brand concepts
- Decorate the windows, shop graphics and POS materials
Shop Administration:
- Follow all the policies and procedures tightly.
- Ensure safety, security and cleanliness of store is given high importance
- Handle POS system confidently
- Manage cash properly
- Implement checklist daily to assure retail atmosphere is excellent as per standards.
