1. JOB SCOPE
The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing visual solutions to the communication briefs given by the Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer will play an important role in helping the Company achieve its mission, vision, values and strategic profit objectives.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
To be successful, the incumbent must develop a collaborative work ethic between all departments and understand the property market in detail. The incumbent is responsible for assisting in developing marketing campaigns and activities to promote lead generation and overall Hamptons brand awareness. Other accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
• Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief; using innovation to redefine a design brief and within the constraints of cost, time and project
• Design and produce artworks using a wide range of media, including photography and computer aided design for all marketing activities including:
o All marketing collateral
o Signage and banners
o Website and media content
o Company publication and newsletter
o Floor plans and maps
o Company stationary
• Update and maintain artwork library on network drive
• Conduct spot checks for artworks
• Other Company related duties that may be assigned by the head of the department that are consistent with the department and Company mandate
 
Shared responsibilities / accountabilities (if any)
The Graphic Designer works closely with internal and external stakeholders such as marketing, printers, photographers, website designers etc.

3. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
• Bachelors degree or diploma specializing in Graphic designing; 1 - 2 years of experience in property industry is preferred
• Above average computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.)
• Must have graphic design-based computer skills including Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and familiarity with Dreamweaver
• Excellent written and oral communication in English; Arabic would be a definite advantage
• Creative and analytical while possessing personal drive and initiative
• Innate artistic flair as demonstrated by a portfolio of professional and personal project work
• Self motivated, continuous learner in terms ensuring that graphic design skills are always up-to-date
