Male/Female, 35 years old and belowBachelor’s degree or any related courseMinimum 5 years of working experience in the Food Industry either retail or manufacturingWith a working knowledge and understanding of quality management systems Knowledge of GFSI systems such as BRC, IFS or ISOWorking knowledge of the sandwich, bakery, drinks and cooked meat industriesExperience of reviewing labels and Point of Sale information to ensure they meet legal and customer requirementExperience of undertaking finished product quality assessments against document specifications and liaising with suppliers and customers on the findings and acting accordinglyExperience of supplier auditing/inspection is preferableKnowledge of in-country food laws with regards to compositional requirements of foods, food safety requirements and labelling requirementsKnowledge of relevant food safety legislation, HACCP and the current BRC quality standardFormal qualification in HACCP to Level 3 would be desirable Demonstrable experience in conduct and management of Internal Audits is a requirement. Formal Qualification in Internal Auditing would be desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills, accurate and precise with demonstrable attention IT Literate in Microsoft application
