An international telecoms company is seeking an expert advisor on Digital Care to drive their exciting digital transformation program.

As an expert in Digital Care, you will be accountable for:
Leading the success of all online activity across the business from app engagement to online customer serviceBuild and establish and digital care team from hiring and review of product managers, developers etc.Plan and drive the digital care road map and strategy to ensure online engagement is increased

You will ideally have the following skill set:
10+ years experience in ecommerce/product management for a leading online companyBackground in application and web development is highly desirableProven leadership ability and strategic mind-set
