Automotive Inspection Mechanic / Pre-Delivery Inspector (PDI) Technician

الوصف الوظيفي

Responsible for managing the overall process of functional and visual inspection of the vehicles before delivery to customers

Inspect vehicle deliveries from transporter for damages and/or missing parts

Identify mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic defects in vehicle; take necessary actions to resolve any imperfections

Install vehicle mats, hubs and check fluid levels to ensure vehicle is ready for customer delivery

Drive vehicle to nearby location for any repair works needed

المهارات

Prior experience working as PDI technician at a large automotive dealership

Ability to perform work duties thoroughly with great attention to detail

Knowledge and relationship within automotive industry with ability to quickly resolve any problems with a vehicle

Ability to work independently and maintain a punctual schedule • Valid UAE drivers’ license

Demonstrated knowledge of PDI process across multiple brands of vehicles
