To oversee the team’s service delivery and general well-being in the office.
To provide training to further progress the team.
To provide support to the senior management in order to meet company objectives.
Maintaining and expanding strong customer relationships and responding to queries efficiently to ensure the delivery of a high level of service.
Liaising with colleagues and suppliers on the customers’ behalf checking on order progress and communicating any special requirements to ensure that specific order requirements are
Investigate & report on customer complaints as appropriate.
To co-ordinate the ordering of product samples and promotional material and to provide product advice to clients.
Detailed and timely reports of all distributor actions.
Provide support in the compiling of existing customer tenders.
To undertake general administration duties as required.
المهارات
Proven work experience as an office Manager, Senior PA or Team leader.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Good experience with MS office
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
