Our client: A large global consumer goods manufacturing organization based in UAE
Your Role: You would need to supervise the implementation and execution of HR operations in the company. This role will ensure that an HR operation provides the full range of HR solutions services to the organisation. Such HR Services include will include all HR administration services, payroll, PRO, administration, employee relations and compensation and benefits. Coordinate and manage the performance management process, and drive management in the execution of performance related action plans. Provide support in manpower planning, budgeting and developing a comprehensive orientation program. Responsible for managing the entire recruitment function; conducting interview, and developing employment contracts.

Must Haves: An ideal candidate would be a Human Resources qualified professional with a rich 7+ years of experience within the FMCG industry. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Strong organizational, time and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop action plans and implement solutions. Strong interpersonal skills to make recommendations & decisions based on solid assumptions, Results-oriented, adaptable with proven drive & follow-through in a fast paced, results driven environment
