Summary: Develop, maintain and increase business relationships with UAE real estate developers, property owners and brokers to generate leads for revenue.
Details:
Develop and execute business relationships with targeted real estate firms/developers/owners to generate leads for revenue.
Actively search for prospects and increase network to develop new accounts by telephone, scheduling in person appointments, and attending events.
Ensure that all potential leads are well managed and followed-up.
Conduct introductory meetings, including presentations with new real estate firms/ developers/ owners/broker to introduce and advocate Hi Sandy’s offers and services.
Maintain a high level of business partnership satisfaction through implementation of business relationship initiatives.
المهارات
Minimum of three working experience in a sales and marketing capacity in real estate or its related field in UAE.
With excellent written and verbal skills.
With high level of credibility.
Excellent skills in customer relations, networking and interpersonal.
Adept in Microsoft Office Software, CRM platforms, and mobile apps.
With UAE Driving license.
