UX Design Consultant

الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for an experienced and passionate User Experience Design Consultant to help shape our solutions, from idea through development.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the entire design process, from research and ideas, to testing and iteration
• Lead and facilitate design-thinking and ideation workshops
• Apply user-centred design methods to translate business needs and objectives, together with technology capabilities, into great user experiences
• Prepare, conduct, and analyse research events to identify business value and user experience opportunities
• Lead the development of personas and segmentations, based on research findings.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flow, site maps, and functional specifications
• Develop outline user interface designs and prototypes, A/B testing, and proof of concepts
• Support the design of the information architecture
• Present research findings and concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership and be a strong advocate for the customer perspective in all our solutions

المهارات
• Deep understanding and demonstrable experience of human-centred design
• Highly skilled in design thinking, analytical, and a creative problem solver
• Deep experience of customer segmentation, customer research, experience and service design
• Experience of facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels and functions of the business
• Ability to bring to life abstract and complex experience concepts, and communicate them effectively and efficiently
• Ability to coach internal and client resources to develop design thinking and user experience capabilities
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as the
Adobe Suite, Sketch, InVision
