الوصف الوظيفي Excellent Procurement Manager job available at a major FMCG company based in Dubai. You will be joining part of a growing team reporting to the Head of Procurement with access to the whole of the Middle East market. Client Details Our client is a leading regional FMCG group with a best-in-class Procurement & Supply Chain function and a vast distribution network spanning the EMEA. Description Negotiating & purchasing of the goods for both local and international suppliers in close co-ordination with the Head of Supply ChainEnsure all contracts are put to tender and are evaluated by the Purchasing CommitteeEnsure contracts are in place for all suppliers of all goods inclusive of terms and condition, payment terms and delivery schedules in accordance with the requirementsDevelopment of new suppliers to ensure there are at least 2 alternate sources of supply for each itemSource materials to reduce the cost without affecting the quality in conjunction with the BUMonthly monitoring of costs to ensure they are controlled and within budgetProduce and maintain a supplier price history database to capture and assess the supplier’s service, quality and price performanceNegotiate and reduce freight costs of goods to maximise realisationAssist in annual budgeting and preparation of prices, cash flow, supplier contracts, reduction of demurrage, working capital and potential write offs Profile Graduate in any discipline or equivalent from a reputed universityAny additional qualification in Supply Chain Management, preferably Purchasing, will be an added advantage i.e. CIPS, CPSM or CPMAt least 5 years experience in a similar position preferably in a FMCG industryAbility to handle multiple supplier and contracts totaling over US$600M with a proven track recordProven interpersonal, communication skills, good presentation and reporting skillsComputer literate with detailed practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointExcellent organisational ability, flexibility, confidentiality and attention to detailExcellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence at Senior LevelExcellent command of EnglishUnderstanding of contractual lawCost Optimisation, Value Engineering and cost modelling experience Job Offer An attractive tax free salary commensurate with experience will be on offer to the successful candidate المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/procurement-manager-3854209/ |
