الوصف الوظيفي
Draughtsman
• Prepare AutoCAD MEP drawings for existing sites and new projects.
• Assist Design Engineer in preparing submittals such as shop drawings, schematic diagram and other drawings/layouts for car parking facilities.
• Coordinate with Business Development and Technical departments for inputs on client requirements.
• Update necessary drawing documentation such as drawing register and submittal log.

Coordinator
• Prepare/follow up the maintenance schedules (preventive & corrective) and coordinate the implementation of the same.
• Ensure the maintenance work completed as per the service level agreement.
• Coordinate with Sub Contractors and Suppliers to ensure the delivery of project & maintenance materials as per the schedule.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to the Technical Manager and other authorities concerned.
• Coordinate with suppliers for warranties etc. in case of faulty functioning of equipment.
Others
• Ensure update of management system through reporting of changes.
• Take corrective action for identified non-conformities.
• Conduct business risk evaluation and taking actions on opportunities.
• Monthly updates on KPI to meet with strategic objectives of the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

المهارات

Autocad Diploma or Degree in Engineering preferably in Electrical or Mechanical

Fluency in English Communication
