Essential Job Functions

· To develop and maintain a proper distribution network within the defined Business territory
· To support the development of the business within the defined Business Territory as per guidelines laid down by the Regional Business Manager and the Managing Director, with the objective of giving all products their best chance in the market.
· To support in achieving results as per agreed objectives
· Provide feedback regarding pricing strategies and specific customer needs
· Monitor competitors’ activities - identify competitive threats and map business strategies against the competition.
· Provide sales support for distributors in day-to-day activities
· Drive strategic market developments for all distributors to increase market share and profitability
· Lead and motivate the distributors ensuring individual professional growth so that they are equipped with the required competencies and knowledge to deliver at their highest possible levels
· To ensure that the distributors are equipped with the right tools, brochures and other items needed to ensure their full mobility
· To be responsible for the technical training and documentation update within the distributor organization
· Monitor and report all distributor activities and sales performance
· Monitor and manage distributor stock status
· Initiate and coordinate development of distributor action plans to penetrate new markets

المهارات
Qualifications

Essential:

· Highly technical or commercially oriented with a University Engineering Degree.
· Excellent knowledge (written & oral) of English and French. Arabic Language is a plus.
Desirable:

· Self-starting and hard working
· Ability to understand customer needs, applications and propose comprehensive solution
· Ability to manage distributors remotely and supporting them to reach expectancies
· Ability to plan, achieve targets and goals
· Dynamic personality & Self-motivated
· Knowledge of Computer (Microsoft Office)
